SMAW Welding Course Outline:

Use of Welding Tools and Equipment: This module covers the different types of welding tools and equipment used in SMAW welding, including welding machines, electrode holders, chipping hammers, wire brushes, and clamps.

Connection of Welding Plants: This module covers the process of connecting welding plants, including selecting the appropriate cables and connectors and ensuring proper grounding.

Types of Welding Electrodes: This module covers the different types of welding electrodes used in SMAW welding, including their composition, classification, and application.

Types of Base Metals: This module covers the different types of base metals used in welding, including mild steel, Carbon steel. It also covers their properties and characteristics.
